Our story
About The Good Table
A simple movement of small tables, shared stories, and lived faith, where ordinary people gather with authenticity and courage to return to Christ at the centre of their lives.
What We Are
A quiet space of small tables, shared stories, and lived faith,
where Christians of many traditions, and those still seeking,
gather to return Christ to the centre of ordinary life.

Why We Exist
Because trust is fracturing,
meaning feels difficult to anchor,
and many are quietly hungry
spiritually, emotionally, and materially.
We exist to accompany those seeking depth, healing, and real communion,
through hope, courage,
and the quiet beauty of being human together before God.
How We Walk
We walk through Soul Reflections,
shared Soul Stories,
and the six-month Catacomb Way:
a slow path of prayer, formation, and renewal.
From this, small local gatherings may emerge —
simple acts of hospitality and living faith,
hidden, steady, and rooted in love,
as the early Church once lived.

Our Rooted Vision
We stand within the life of the Church,
centred on Christ,
shaped by prayer and tradition,
and lived within the mystery of the Trinity:
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Our History
A journey from pilgrimage to The Good Table (2018–2026)
Pilgrim Steps
In late 2018 I left London, my business, my safety, my identity, and walked the Camino de Santiago. A slow awakening began. A question pressed on my heart: What does it mean to love after losing one's original gift from God? I returned in 2019 to volunteer on the Camino, wondering whether I should run an albergue. I began hosting small 'Good Tables' — simple circles of strangers sharing authentically, like pilgrim meals. Then the pandemic arrived, and new questions emerged.

Reflections From The Good Table
Faith is the road that reveals itself as we walk.
