Why We Exist

Because the world is fracturing, trust is thinning, and people are hungry for meaning — we accompany those seeking depth, healing, and real communion, returning to living faith through hope, strength, and the quiet beauty of being human.

How We Walk

Individually and together — through soul reflections, shared stories, ancient practices, and interior formation, gathering in small local communion, as the early Church did.

Our roots

Our Rooted Vision

We stand within the great stream of the Church, drawn from the clarity of Aquinas, the interior journey of Augustine, the hidden fire of the Desert Fathers, and the contemplative heart of the Carmelites — all lived within the life of the Trinity: Father, Son, and Spirit.

"Thomistic in foundation, Augustinian in honesty, and Carmelite in tone."

How we got here

Our History

2018–2019

Pilgrim Steps

In late 2018 I left London, my business, my safety, my identity, and walked the Camino de Santiago. A slow awakening began. A question pressed on my heart: What does it mean to love after losing one's original gift from God? I returned in 2019 to volunteer on the Camino, wondering whether I should run an albergue. I began hosting small 'Good Tables' — simple circles of strangers sharing authentically, like pilgrim meals. Then the pandemic arrived, and new questions emerged.

A Message from Ben

Dear Friends,

If you are here, it may be because something deep within you has begun to stir — a quiet longing for God, a desire to live your faith with more authenticity, depth, and courage than the world around us often allows.

That longing is holy. It is the beginning of a return. I have walked that same path: through wounds and wonder, through silence and stripping, through long seasons of being slowly remade by Christ.

The Good Table arose from that journey — not as a project, but as a call.

We gather simply as ordinary people seeking to come home to the centre, where Christ in Trinity waits with patience and fire.

This is not a programme, and not an institution. It is an invitation:

  • to slow down,
  • to live from your soul rather than your mask,
  • to walk humbly and honestly with others,
  • and to rediscover the beauty of being held by God.

If even a small part of your heart leans forward, you have already begun the Way.
